Responsibilities:
- Daily and monthly verification and processing of employee attendance, including leave requests.
- Processing onboarding procedures for new employees, including fingerprint registration and documentation.
- Processing employment contracts for new hires and extensions.
- Maintaining communication with external parties such as government agencies, job seeker platforms, and vendors.
- Processing overtime, salary slips, employee health insurance (BPJS), and branch payroll.
- Responsible to prepare all things related to the new employee needed such as data personnel, workstation, name card, nameplate, access IT, office equipment.
- Update the personnel data record (new staff, resigned staff, etc) on soft copy file
- Handle the personnel administration files’ hard copy.
- Handle employee insurance (report a new member / deduct member to Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for internship
- Handle incoming invoice & processing related HRGA. Prepare the payment for supplier/vendor, work with Finance
- Arrange of car pickup and hotel for overseas guests, handle booking air ticket for employee’s travel
- Responsible to manage and supervise security, helper, driver and close coordination with all related vendors
- Performing building maintenance tasks.
- Processing onboarding procedures for new employees, including fingerprint registration and documentation.
- Ensuring the probation assessment process and review of employee work contracts are in accordance with the provisions
- Recruitment for internship
- Assisting HR Manager with additional tasks within relevant competencies and contributing to improvement programs (such as workload analysis, culture management, etc).
