Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Identify HR needs regarding the development of HRIS
- Ensure the execution of HRIS development projects are implemented accordingly
- Responsible in HRIS System Analyst
- Responsible in HR Administration and reporting
- Maintain data base and keep up with quality management
- Involving in HR Engagement activities
Requirements:
- Age of 25 – 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Accounting
- Experienced working in software development at least 2 years
- Fluent with software development (ODOO, Flutter)
- Proficient in handling data base, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- Would be an advantage in understanding mobile programming
- Fluent in HR Administration and Ms. Office (Excel, Word, and Power point, etc.)
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
