Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management.
- 1-2 years experience as HR Generalist, focusing in handling recruitment.
- Experienced in Manufacturing industry is a MUST
- Knowledge in Recruitment Management, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration, and Training Management.
- Great communication skill.
- Able to conduct Behavioral Event Interview (BEI).

Responsibilities:
- Carry out the process of sourcing, screening and other administration related to the fulfillment of employees in the area of responsibility to meet the needs of the workforce in accordance with the MPP that has been set.
- Carry out employee administration processes in accordance with applicable regulations (attendance, rehiring, benefits, data changes, rotations, etc.) so that accurate and reliable employee data is available.
- Carry out employee relations activities (employment activities, exit interviews, bulletin boards, etc.) to create a conducive and productive work atmosphere in all business units of the company.
- Carry out employee disciplinary actions in accordance with applicable regulations (including giving warning and termination letters) to ensure that all regulations and policies are implemented consistently in all business units.
- Provide training and basic training (OT, motivation, etc.) to employees according to their authority (including managing the training process, FT and mentors) to ensure that all employees have abilities according to company standards.
- Assisting the head office in carrying out general affairs in all stores/branches/DC (including management of catering & uniforms) to ensure the availability of standard facilities to support the company’s operational activities.
