Responsibilities:
- Do end-to-end recruitment process for all positions (sourcing, interview, psychological test, negotiation).
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications with organization development teams.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, various job portal, and social media to expand talent pool.
- Accurate and timely management of documentation and reporting, including paperwork for new hires.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment policy and regulations.
- Writing of timely and accurate assessment reports and other result outputs.
- Developing and participating on employer branding plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management, IPK min 3.00.
- Min 1 year work experience as recruiter / assessor.
- Have experience to do psychological assessment
- Able to use various job portal and Boolean search technique.
- Able to do Behavioural Event Interview.
- Attention to detail, excellence communication skill and organization skill.
