Requirement :
a. Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Accounting
b. Minimum 3 Years of working experience in the field of Human Resource especially in HR (Generalist) & General Affairs
d. Having good knowledge with HR & General Affairs matters (such as handling asset, relationship with external and Outsourcing.
Job Description :
・ Handling and manage the Operational matters such as Recruitment, Induction for new Employee, and HR Administration matters.
・ Conduct counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
・ Support and handle all aspects of Industrial Relations such as company regulations, disciplinary & grievance cases, including Employee Relations
・ Handling Health Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan & Medical Check Up for employees.
・ Maintaining personnel database (attendance, overtime, work schedules, people movement, leave) & HRIS
・ Prepare and provide related reports, other supporting activities in the field of human resources.
・ Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, communicating with participants, and preparing training materials
・ Manage and ensure the driver, receptionist and OB duties in order to run smoothly and based on procedure
・ Manage the company vehicle such as maintenance, repair, insurance and license administration, including the car scheduling & driver assignment
・ Manage the workspace facility, visitor protocol & reception handling and also security & external relations
・ Responsible for the process procurement of office needs
