Responsibilities
- Ensure that there is a list/reference of candidate applicants according to the needs of each department.
- Monitor Personnel administration which includes Employee Data.
- Assist HRD in determining employee work status and monitoring its continuation.
- Monitor and follow up the work contract process and appointment of permanent employees.
- Anticipating the extension of the work contract and the process of termination of employment due to the expiration of the work contract.
- Assisting crosscheck to concerned employees.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate last semester or fresh graduate of Psychology, Law, Management and Accountancy.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS.
- Energy, drive, and resilience who can work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
- Placement in Bali.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Preferably lived in Bali.
