Job Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, SDM Management, or Law
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
3. Good personality, communication skill, initiative, and adaptive
4. Able to work as team and individual, in high pressure, and tight schedule
5. Willing to work overtime
6. Able to speak in English, Mandarin will be advantage
7. Good computer skill, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook
Job Responsibilities :
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of department.
2. Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
3. End to end support the recruitment process.
4. Assisting management for the operational tasks such as meeting arrangements, account keeping, etc.
5. Assisting resource and project teams for activities.
6. Provide information by answering questions and requests by the 80+ employees in the department.
7. Support employees and teams by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
8. Work closely with Department HR Team for organizing teambuilding activities, delivering end-to-end internal employee engagement plans to inspire and engage employees to create a better atmosphere in the department and supporting recruitment processes if needed.
