The number of our employees is constantly growing, as is the workload of the human resources department. Therefore, now we are looking for an extra employee to join our team in Jakarta Selatan, who would perform the following duties:
– keeping track of documents, including employee records related to employment, transfers, dismissals, as well as attendance, vacations, medical leave, attestations and other employee data;
– supporting employment process of new workers (work with labor contracts, collecting employee data and personal information);
– handling employee transfers such as promotion, mutation, and salary changes;
– issuing of disciplinary action letters;
– supporting BPJS registration;
– consulting employees on corporate HR procedures;
– duly providing all types of reports related to HR record management and the necessary personnel information to authorities in accordance with the current legislation of Indonesia;
– monitoring of changes in the current legislation related to HR record management;
– supporting preparation of special HR reports if necessary;
– supporting development and implementation of new HR policies and practices.
Requirements:
– strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
– experience working in Human Resource (employment, labor procedures and record keeping): min. 1 year;
– flexible and adaptable approach to work;
– ability to build a rapport with people;
– analytical mindset, strong organisation skills.
