Job Responsibilities:
- As sole point of contact between business units to Human Capital line services i.e. Recruitment, Development
- Ensure that any Human Capital (Strategy, Program) initiatives related to the business unit are held in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Analyze both current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the team’s objective and productivity.
- Work along with business leader to provide solutions in people matters in organization plan, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring.
- Ensure the organizational structure, job holder, and job descriptions in the business units are always updated and align with business needs.
- Implement all HR initiatives, policies, services, and programs for the respective business, i.e. company values (vision, mission, values), Halodoc guidelines, Halodoc orientation and engagement, and employee experience.
- Together with other functions in HR and department ambassador, Identifying, anticipating, and facilitating change management activities within the business area.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years’ experience as solid HR business partner (HRBP), and have exposure in many HR aspects
- Obtain min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or anything equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levels
- Have strong analytical skills
- Have a good service orientation and team player
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
