Responsibility:
- Coordinate and supervise HR Management & HR Systems via HR Team in areas of HRM, HRD, and Labor relation
- Responsible for Compensation & Benefits projects, including but not limited to Merit Increase, Total Compensation, Benchmarking, Salary Structure, Comben Policy, etc
- Prepare proposals and reports related to employee compensation, benefits, and industrial relation
- Monitor the update of any government regulation and the impact to the Company especially on the labor law regulation
- Prepare and arrange training plan for both key successors and all staff
- Represents the company discussions and meetings with Government agencies and Labor Union
- Supervise general affairs activities such as office maintenance, lease agreement, and vendor management.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps, skills development, performance management, and succession planning.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as the HR field for min. 12 – 15 years (experiences in Retail Industry will be an advantage)
- Proficient in English both oral and writing
- Experience in working in a union environment would be an advantage
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multicultural communication skills
