Requirement :
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (S1/D3) in any field related to Human Resources (Psychology/Management ; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
- Have experience in related field minimum 1 years
- Understand the system and how to operate in the role of HR Recruitment and Training
- Demonstrated experience in payroll administration and or other HRIS System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have strong communication and management abilities
Job Descriptions :
- Capable of managing the entire recruitment cycle, including planning, locating individuals, screening, conducting psychological tests, organizing interviews, negotiating salaries, and managing bids
- Manage the job applicants database
- Conduct Job Onboarding, and Training for new employees
- Hire the number of qualified applicants needed to meet the SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) target within the allotted time frame
