Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develope HR strategies including recruitment, performance management, employee relation
- Develope HR Policy development that maximize the human capital of the organization in accordance with the company’s strategy.
- Develope and integrate organizational efficiency and effectiveness through HR best practice that promotes a high standard of performance to achieve the company’s corporate mission and goals.
- Implement standard quality management systems within the company SOP and serve as Management Representative.
- Provide high-level advice, guidance and management to the business on full range of employee relations and performance management and industrial relations issues.
- Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in HR Manager or Senior Manager, Bachelor degree in Law or Psychology
- Good command in English (oral & written)
- Good communication, negotiation skills, good leadership ability
- Good knowledge about industrial relation, HR, General Affairs, and administration
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations also relevant health and safety laws.
