Responsibilities :
- Performing employee relations core : termination, managing grievances, sanctions, counseling, negotiating, maintain positive communication with all parties;
- Managing relationship to employees through LKS and activities;
- Plan, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, e-learning, and workshops.
- Work closely with Business or Supporting Head for identify organization structure.
- Conducting recruitment & Monitoring talent fulfilment (both P&C & Outsource) as per designated.
- Monitor in selection/interview/sourcing efforts initiatives.
- Collaboration in preparation of Goal/KPI, job description and job requirements in consultation with Business Head.
- Plan workforce requirements in line with workforce planning guidelines.
- Support HR operations (resignations, rotations and transfer).
- Implement all changes based on policy & review.
- Socialize new policies, changes, directions, approvals, etc. to Business Managers to ensure consistency of implementations.
- Provide guidance of employee annual KPI, mid-year review and year-end review.
- Analyze the effectiveness of KPI and propose changes based on policy & schedule.
- Collaboration with Business Head to recommend ad- hoc retentions / compensation adjustment & review.
- Liaise with Business Head to identify successor and talent mapping.
- Conduct exit interview and exit clearance based on exit process and procedure.
Qualifications :
- Minimal Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Proven experience as HR for minimal 5 years, preferably handling IR/Training/Business Partner.
- Excellent with verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Have a strong ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
