Job Responsibilities:
• Searching for new employees and review of applications (job postings, interviews) and handling communication and invitations for interviews
• Keep a record of employee documents e.g. contracts, warning letters, health insurance)
• Support in yearly appraisal meetings incl. preparation of documentation
• Give input for and participate in assessment meetings with employees
• Advice in labour law for employees and employer
• Arrange Corporate Insurance for employee
• Monitor Office space for and organize office repairs
• Arranging KITAS and work permits for foreign workers
• Time management for employees such as timesheet (attendance), annual leave, permission, medical/hospital reimbursement)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
• Familiar with MS Office
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR
• Excellent inter-personal skills, a proactive team player in combination with a strong self-supporting and independent character
• Fluent in written and spoken English
