Responsibilities :
- Fully in charge for end to end hiring process, from Arranging, conducting, maintaining and filling all Recruitment process and administration, including all Psychological Test Process and administration.
- Create improvement plans and execute recruitment improvement projects.
- Generate high-quality candidates under tight deadlines.
- Ensuring all activities in the area comply with company rules/policies.
- Handle all related business trip plans for employees.
- Working closely with the Supervisor to improve work relationships and productivity.
- Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the Supervisors.
- Generate regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill and candidate quality on weekly reports to supervisors.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferable) or other related major.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably in the FMCG Sector).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have knowledge about Psychology tools.
- Strong Analysis and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work on tight deadlines and fast learner.
- Willing to be placed in KITIC, Cikarang.
