- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments.
- Create required training modules.
- Monitor training evaluation.
- Conduct PDCA analysis.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, training, and HR consultants.
Requirement :
- Education Minimal bachelor/master degree Psychology / Management
- Maximum age 32 years old
- Minimal 4 years of experience in the same field
- Understand Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Understand presentation techniques
- Fluent in English
- To be placed in Head Office Bandung
