Responsibilities :
- Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs and create design program
- Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records.
- Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other material.
- Facilitating learning and development across multiple delivery method, including in-person training, virtual training & e-learning.
- Handling development program; Management Trainee, Management Development Program
- Passionate about helping people to learn and grow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or any major related field
- Total Learning & Development experience minimum 3 year
- Have experience in making content modules (Animation, Motion Graphic), Development program
- Attention to detail
- Have good communication skill
- Have strong analysis skill
