Responsibilities :
- Manage yearly training schedule
- Evaluate training process
- Analysis of training needs in each department
- Setting month & yearly training plan priority based on urgency & importance level
- Deliver training for employee
- Arrange activities on job Training
- Facilitate and development of external competence & training
- Annual monthly training plan based on the level
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from any major with Minimum GPA 3.00
- Experience as a Trainer, preferable from FMCG of Food Manufacture Company
- Having good knowledge about ISO, HACCP, GMP, Ms. Office
- Experience as training needs analysis
- Good administration skill
- Having good knowledge about LMS, and Syllabus
- Willing to work in Saturday (twice a month)
- Placement in Cibitung, Bekasi
