Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, talent management, and organizational development, preferably within the feedmill industry or food manufacture.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies
- Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and other training technologies.
- Very good knowledge in Audit Process: Documentation and data administrative
- Very good knowledge in Talent Pipeline: Management Trainee program execution
- Fluent in English
Job Responsibilities :
- Organization Development Effective Business Process To enable OD activities and updates for : Job description updates, job evaluation, job analysis and International Position Evaluation (IPE) process for all business units in De Heus Indonesia.
- Support the development program for employee within following scope : competencies development, training matrix. Training need analysis, training plan, training execution and training evaluation including the support system within eLearning and or any material related to program designed.
- Talent Pipeline Program: Management Trainee Development Program To support and to ensure the management trainee program could be implemented as per program designed by enhancing network for recruitment process and enhancing company branding for effective program execution.
- Control and ensure all the HR document will be documented as per company regulation and reliable for data tracking within establish system and digital ecosystem.
- Support and ensure all new employees will be implemented as per program designed by regular & plan monitoring & evaluation for effective orientation program execution.
