- Designing a training needs analysis through performance indicators.
- Improves the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Help develop and monitor performance indicators that are used regularly according to department needs.
- Implement talent development to ensure readiness for promotion of “talented” employees.
- Promoting and implementing various learning methods (Digital Learning, Coaching, and Mentoring).
- Evaluate the training program that has been implemented.
- Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing organizational structures, performance management, competency, work load analysis, MPP, job analysis and job evaluation to support the achievement of the company’s vision.
- Monitoring the planning process to evaluate employee performance both quarterly and annually.
- Design, maintain and develop methodologies and tools in Organization design and Change Management.
- Managing the performance appraisal and feedback programs.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of training, learning, development or any related field.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- Have experience in designing and running training in companies
- Familiar with various training methods.
- Have good communication and coordination skills in delivering training.
- Have knowledge of organizational behavior, group dynamics, organization, job design, and performance management.
