Job Descriptions:
- Conduct organizational reviews by making and developing organizational structures, soft and technical competency, job analysis, job grading and job evaluation to support the achievement of the company’s vision.
- Assist the Company in making the company’s Jobdesk and SOP.
- Evaluate Job evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the position value according to the company’s needs.
- Plan, measure, monitor and evaluate the performance management system.
- Conduct reviews, updates and supporting documents for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for both individuals and companies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology, Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of professional Organizational Development and Performance Management.
- Have excellent knowledge to operate Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Visio.
- Expertise in designing effective organization structure, talent management, competencies dictionary, job analysis, job evaluation, KPIs and performance appraisal, career development path, management strategy and company culture.
