2. English active both spoken & written
3. Minimum 23 years old
4. Preferably hold BNSP certification & good in Excel
5. Available join as soon as possible and preferably lived in Sulawesi area
6. Experiences 2 years in related industry with :

• – Performance Appraisal
• – Job Identification
• – Develop Assessment Tools
• – Promotion, Demotion, Mutation, Rotation
• – Successor planning
• – Analyze, Monitoring, Develop Employee’s Performance
