Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for managing human resources in accordance with company regulations and Indonesia’s Labor Law
- Develop and manage HR & General Affairs general function, such as:
- Recruitment new employee, placement and performance management
- Training and Organization Design
- General and Legal affairs, Legal Agreement, NGO, Audit, etc.
- Payroll and Remuneration System
- Employee’s benefit (ex: BPJS, Insurance, etc.)
- Responsible for handling industrial relations matter (ex: Worker Union, Government, Termination & Resignation, etc.)
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Has experiences minimum 3 years in the related field
- Has good understanding about HR systems, Industrial Relations, Labor Law & Employment Regulations, Workers Unions
- Communicative & detail
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
