- Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to fill vacant positions.
- Screen resumes and candidates, perform phone and in-person interviews to assess applicants’ qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Maintain candidate databases and job postings on various job boards
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through the recruitment process
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates
- Coordinate background checks and reference verifications for potential hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes
- Experience with various recruitment tools and social media platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
