Job Description :
- Develop and execute HR strategy to drive business development
- Analyze and Identify the training and development needs of employees, including competencies, curriculum, job description and work needs
- Develop modules and training materials to support training programs
- Develop internal trainers
- Mastering Organization Development and Job Analysts and making SOPs & job descriptions,
- Developing coaching and mentoring to support employee development and the achievement of personal development plans
- Responsible for recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of relevant candidates for interview stage
- Provide input to the overall recruitment process for a better and more efficient hiring process, including suggesting on potential screening tests to use
- Liaise with external parties on to recruitment events such as job expo and campus hiring
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree From Any Major
- Have Experience in People Development Minimum 3 Years
- Have good knowledge in competencies
- Have experience in develop & build Management Trainee Program
- Good Communication & have a good “Can” do attitude
- Fluent in english
