Job Descriptions:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with Hiring Manager & HRBP for position requirements, JD, org. chart, and target
- Handle MT projects/massive recruitment & employer branding
- Collect all hiring documents needed
- Update process in Applicant Tracking System
- Monitoring recruitment progress and solving related issues
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in English
