Job Descriptions:
- Conduct technical & end to end recruitment process for local employees, especially for Head Office, Warehouse and Operational needs
- Partners with all related department to ensure that all manpower request are appropriate as company needs
- Coordinate with third party such as school/campus, job portal and etc regarding hiring process needs
- Maintain recruitment database and periodic report
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 28 years old with minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- At least 3 years of working experiences as a Recruiter in big company, especially in retail industry
- Experience to conduct psychology tools and interview
- Good communications skills in English is to be advantage
- Responsive, detail oriented, having good attitude and communication skills
- Can enjoy and has high working motivation in retail environment
- Willing to mobile based on company needs and able to work well under pressure situation
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
