- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (from initial sourcing, filtering, screening, background checking, interview and offering process) to get the fit employees to fulfill the vacant position.
- Understand recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills.
- Coordinate with Personnel & Payroll team for the recruitment administration process
- Evaluate the recruitment channels and sources for the best recruitment approach
- Update applicant tracking system and database as required.
- Develop and improve current recruitment process
Requirements:
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- At least 2 years of experience in same position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong expertise in end to end recruitment process and psychological test tools.
- Having excellent analytical skill, communication skill, and writing skill.
