Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Prefer having Experienced in Mass Hiring (min 1 year experienced in mass hiring).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (experienced is prefered)
- Having skills : Strong Sourcing, Interviewing Technique, Psychological Testing, Deep data analyzing, can operate computer very well (MS Office, etc)
- Good in teamwork and Enjoy Dealing with people
- Agile and have a Growth Mindset
- Willing to go to business trip
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
Responsibility :
- Conduct end to end Recruitment Activities
- Ensure on time fulfillment outlets
- Perform recruitment process for operational and corporate needs including creating job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, conducting psychological tests, interviewing candidates, and can support data administratif all recruitment process (end to end) include make a contract.
- Preparing and updating employment master data related to hiring and reporting recruitment progress
- Completing timely reports data on recruitment activity (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Updating all data recruitment (end to end)
- Responsible for recruitment aspect and human resources management
