Job Description :
- Build strong engagement and networking to attract market leadership of hiring needs
- Sourching and identifying candidates to find best suit talent for the vacant position
- Lead and monitor the implementation of recruitment progress and collaborate with recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources for recruitment fulfillment timeline
- Create an excellent database of candidates to support recruitment needs
- Consolidate recruitment data for management reporting
Requirements :
- Candidate must be possessed at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience (at least 2 years as Leader / Supervisor) in recruitment field (IT / Telecommunication / Startup / Headhunter company will be an advantage)
- A deep understanding of the industry and market trends in talent acquisition, interview technique, psychological test, as well as familiarity with best practices to find talent of various levels (entry level – manager), and various job requirement (especially for IT or Telecommunication positions)
- The ability to think strategically and develop innovative recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the organization and the job opportunity to potential candidates
- Able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
