Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree (preferable Psychology)
- Minimum experience 4 years as Recruiter
- Preferable has background from Telecommunication companies
- Good personality, communication skill, initiative, thorough, and adaptive
- Able to work as team and individual, in high pressure, and tight schedule
- Willing to work overtime
- Able to speak and write in English
- Able riding motorcycle & driving car, and have license
- Good computer skill, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook

- Handle resources request of various positions, and multi projects
- Post job vacancy (job portal, link, social media, etc), and screening suitable CV

- Handle Psychological test (coordination with test bureau)
- Salary calculation and negotiation
- Administration
- Reports
