Reddog is seeking a Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) to ensure the staffing needs of the company (Head Office & Operation) are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. As well as make Reddog Group well-known as best option for job seekers to choose their working place.
Your day-to-day:
Recruitment & People Development
• Improving awareness and attraction for qualified applicants in large numbers.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives (digital & physical employer branding).
• Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
• Form close relationships with HR Managements to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations and needs.
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience, including screening calls, assessments, online or in-person interviews
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other professional networks.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Create designated Employee Orientation check list for each position.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles for Food & Beverage Industry
• Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or similar
• Min 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
