IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Work within HR Department and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in Indonesia and other Asia Pacific countries
- Manage full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers
- Implement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
- Focus on proactively generating new Talent pools, mainly headhunting
- Consult hiring managers on recruitment related topics
- Prepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HR Department Head in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring Plan
- Suggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, company benefits
- Contribute on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the office
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- Have 2+ years of recruitment and headhunting experience (both, agency and inhouse) with proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and able to source and identify high-caliber talent in competitive job markets
- Demonstrate willingness to step outside of comfort zone and develop new methods and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation and create talent pipelines across the continent
- Have experience hunting for sales, business development and marketing positions, as this will be the main focus area (it’s a big plus)
- Have excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher level)
- Are a good negotiator and have good critical thinking
- Have solid knowledge of the Indonesia job market, talent acquisition, and headhunting channels
- Are self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a global team
