Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to selection of the final candidate; you write job advertisements based on set guidelines, post the job on relevant channels, search for candidates, screen candidates, hold interviews, and conduct personality assessments.
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Continually develop and improve the methods we use for sourcing-based recruiting
- Cooperate with and hand over to local HR teams to ensure a smooth transition for signing contracts and local onboarding.
- Network and build a global pool of potential talents.
- If needed, partner with external recruitment agencies and manage those relationships.
You report to the Head of HR Services in Brazil and have strong support from an HR Business Partner responsible for Asia region. You also effectively collaborate and align best practices with the local HR Services teams.
Your Profile
To succeed in this independent role, you have substantial experience in full cycle sourcing and recruitment. We are looking for a person with solid global recruitment experience who is comfortable working with LinkedIn tools like Talent Insight and InMail. You have previous experience in building talent pools and actively sourcing passive candidates, as well as knowledge of assessment tools and evaluation processes. Your curiosity for new ways of working is more important than your technical skills. As you will be working in a truly global environment, you will require excellent verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is seen as a strong advantage.
