Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to selection of the final candidate; you write job advertisements based on set guidelines, post the job on relevant channels, search for candidates, screen candidates, hold interviews, and conduct personality assessments.
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Continually develop and improve the methods we use for sourcing-based recruiting
- Cooperate with and hand over to local HR teams to ensure a smooth transition for signing contracts and local onboarding.
- Network and build a global pool of potential talents.
- If needed, partner with external recruitment agencies and manage those relationships.
You report to the Head of HR Services in Brazil and have strong support from an HR Business Partner responsible for Asia region. You also effectively collaborate and align best practices with the local HR Services teams.
