Job Description:
1. Coordinate with Assessment Center for the overall promotion assessment process and potential review.
2. Coordinate with the Learning Center to prepare and implement Talent Development Program activities.
3. Responsible for the preparation of the Individual Development Program
4. Conduct events and projects related to company culture development
5. Responsible for all administrative activities in the Talent Department.
Requirements:
1. S1 / S2 of Psychology (Preferably Industrial Psychology) or Human Resources Management from Grade A University.
2. Having a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Assessment Center
3. Having knowledge of Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Business Processes.
4. Have training experience as an OD Specialist, Training for Trainer, and Professional Psychologist Certifications
5. Fluent in English, PPT and Excell
