Job Responsibility :
- Assisting the employee ongoing development through the identification of Training Need Analysis, managing training plan implementation, and ensure training delivery to the employee
- Engage with several stakeholders to determine deliverables for the development and learning program
- Manage, Monitor and Ensuring training attendees and delivery of some LnD Program such as Individual Development Plan for leader and LMS Utilization
- Administration Excellence including Learning & Development progress report and documentation, manage administration inquiries including invoicing, settlement and tax-related document
- Assisting development program, events, and other method to engage employee and implement KCH Culture Pillars
- Working closely with internal communication team in creating content that is delivered within the company and social media
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
- Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 1 year
- Open for Fresh Graduate
- Understand the Training Need Analysis and Competency Mapping
- Have ability as trainer or willing to learn to be a trainer
- Good administrator in managing document
- Have communication and public speaking skill with high motivation, innovation, and ready to challenges
- Experienced in the same field at least from internship experience : LnD / managing event
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to learn and venture into new projects beyond the scope
- Willing to be placed in Head Office Altira Sunter, North Jakarta
