Qualification
- Master or Bachelor degree of Psychology with minimum 2 (two) years demonstrated experience designing and executing talent management processes and programs.
- Understand Talent Mapping and Succession Planning concept (HAV, talent pool, career development, development plan).
- Demonstrated experience of effective oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders
- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Having Good Communication skills
Job Description:
- Administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
- Serves as a key point of contact to the business for talent management programs, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives
- Conducting Assessment, Talent Review and Succession Planning.
