- Coordinate and administer recruitment and selection process
- Recruit full-time, part-time, time limited employees, and outsource. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule interviews, background, references, offer, onboarding.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
- Create and update job descriptions annually and as needed to create new positions
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Identifying and implementing training methods and criteria which identify successful delivery and receipt of training, also to establish a recertification program for ongoing refreshment of standards.
- Adapting the Company induction program with generic and job specific content, ensuring the program remains in line with practice and requirements
- Assisting in the employees ongoing development through the identification of organizational and role specific training needs, delivering programs which enhance the overall capability of the employees.
- Administer Learning & Development progress report and documentation
- Engage with all stakeholders to determine key deliverables for the development of communications and learning programs
- For all training programs and interventions, develop reports to track interactivity and completion, and utilize criteria and metrics to evaluate efficacy
- Coordinate Performance Management cycle for all of employees by Talent Management System and or manual system
