The assignment of responsibilities:
- Responsible for the system and process of Learning & Development.
- Responsible for TNA, training schedule, training implementation and training evaluation.
- Responsible for talent management Learning & Development.
- Manage training center.
Qualification:
- Minimum education Bachelor (S1) Psychology / Education or relevant.
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in the field of Learning & Development (preferably those with experience in FMCG and consultant training).
- Have smooth communication and high fighting power.
- Have experience handling project management.
- Willing to be placed in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.
