- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Develop training and development programs
- Responsible for the management and implementation of company training for Indonesian employees, including new employees, certificate, Indonesian & Foreign Culture and other training programs
- Responsible for courseware management
- Responsible for class management
- Responsible for the development of simple courseware, such as system class
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin both oral and written
- Knowledge of HR functions (training & development )
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HRIS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
