Job Description:
1. Talent Management Program Development:
β Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement talent management programs aligned with Busanaβs strategic objectives.
β Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them through talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
β Create talent development and career path frameworks.
2. Organizational Development:
β Assess organizational needs and facilitate organizational development initiatives.
β Design and execute change management strategies to support business growth and transformation.
β Analyze and improve organizational structures and processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
3.Supervise Recruitment Team:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
4. Senior Management position, International Recruitment:
β Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain international talent.
β Collaborate with global recruitment teams to source, screen, and select candidates.
5. Leadership Development:
β Identify high-potential employees and create leadership development programs to groom future leaders.
β Provide coaching and mentoring support to emerging leaders within the organization.
6. Performance Management:

Qualifications:
β Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Masterβs degree preferred).
β Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and international recruitment.
β Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
β Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
β Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
β Strong project management and change management skills.
β Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
β Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
