Job Description:
1. Talent Management Program Development:
– Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement talent management programs aligned with Busana’s strategic objectives.
– Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them through talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
– Create talent development and career path frameworks.
2. Organizational Development:
– Assess organizational needs and facilitate organizational development initiatives.
– Design and execute change management strategies to support business growth and transformation.
– Analyze and improve organizational structures and processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
3.Supervise Recruitment Team:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
4. Senior Management position, International Recruitment:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain international talent.
– Collaborate with global recruitment teams to source, screen, and select candidates.
5. Leadership Development:
– Identify high-potential employees and create leadership development programs to groom future leaders.
– Provide coaching and mentoring support to emerging leaders within the organization.
6. Performance Management:
– Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
– Provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management techniques.
7. Employee Engagement and Retention:
– Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and international recruitment.
– Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
– Strong project management and change management skills.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
