Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Conducting Psychological test
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 from any major from reputable university
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimal 5 years of working experience as Recruiter preferable property business/headhunter / fast paced industry
- Pleasant personality, detail oriented and analytical thinking
- Highly motivated person, fast & dynamic
- Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
