Responsibilities:
- Managing programs & activities related to build positive relationships to create harmonious relationships and engagement between the company and employees, academics, communities and other social organizations
- Coordinating with various parties, both internal and external related to employee relation activities, settlement of regulatory enforcement and industrial relations issues
- Carry out employee administration such as BPJS, resignation, retired employees, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any fied with reputable university and minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 4 years experience working in the same position
- Good knowledge about Labour regulation
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies involving employee relations policies
- Understand BPJS Regulation & Administration
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Good in English & Tech. savvy
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Jakarta
