Main Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining HR data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Generating HR reports and dashboards, highlighting relevant HR metrics.
- Data Analytics: Conducting basic data analysis using established tools and methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and insights that contribute to the improvement of HR processes and decision-making.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborating with other divisions on special projects related to HR system and data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Having prior experience in HR or data analysis is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Basic proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or others is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in data engineering concepts, such as data pipelines, ETL processes, and database management.
- Strong focus on accuracy and meticulousness in handling HR data and generating reports.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
