Job Descriptions:
- Partners with Operational department to align HR strategy to business strategy.
- Evaluates issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insight for HR solution.
- Partners with Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS and Compensation and Benefit functions as needed to provide solution for employee.
- Coordinate with all related departments to plan and create future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old and Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experiences as HRBP or HR Generalist, especially in Retail industry.
- Analytical thinker, detail oriented, good administration skills and adaptable.
- Responsive, high motivation in retail environment and good leadership.
- Good communications skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage.
- Able to work well under pressure situation.
- Willing to mobile around Jabodetabek area.
