MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Aligning business objectives with key stakeholders and employees in designated business functions. Provides People expertise and counsel to management covering a full range of HR disciplines including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation, and workforce planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering is preferable
- Experienced as HR Business Partner minimal 2 years
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Work requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule
