Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any majors.
- Minimum 3 years in Human Resources Department (Specialized in Employee Service Management)
- Proficient in English
- Excel analysis
- Ability to manage canteen service and shuttle bus
- Ability to operate HRIS
- Understanding in managing employee benefit management.
- Understanding in automotive manufacturing atmosphere environment.
- Willing to work in Cikarang
Job Descriptions :
- In collaboration with Catering Team to assess and improve meal service and performance of service provider in order to ensure the satisfaction of meal service performance.
- In collaboration with catering team and meal provider to monitor and improve continously meal service in order to align with Standard of Requirement (SOR).
- In collaboration with catering team to plan and recommend bi-weekly meal menu in order to fulfill the minimum requirement of calories.
- Prepare and identify selection process of meal service provider in order to ensure the renewal process accomplish as designed schedule.
- In collaboration with shuttle bus provider and coordinators to monitor and improve continously shuttle bus service in order to align with Standard of Requirement (SOR).
- Monitor and evaluate occupation of shuttle bus on daily basis in order to maintain the occupation rate properly.
- Identify and recommend the selection process of shuttle bus service provider in order to ensure the renewal process accomplish as designed schedule.
- Builds a strong relationship with the business unit
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
