Requirements :
- Age maximal 30 years old
- Education Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Law
- Proficient in HR Industrial Relation with Government (DISNAKER)
- Having experiences in problem solving, analyze information and evaluate results to select the best solution and solve employment problems in accordance with applicable Company Regulations and Labour Regulations ( UU 13 tahun 2003 & PP 35 Tahun 2021)
- Having experiences as Mediator and Facilitator between employee and management. (Bipartit, Tripartit, PP, dll)
- Having experiences attending Industrial Relations Court (PHI)
- Able to work under tight deadline
- At Least 2 year of working experience in the related field
- Honest , Meticulous , Loyal & Responsive
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Word , Power Point
